Selling doesn't start with the pitch, nor end with the sale

UnSelling is probably our most conceptual book. It builds on UnMarketing and The Book of Business (UN)Awesome and dives deeper into what it means to focus your business on the tenants of UnMarketing - Authenticity, Integrity and Community. Here we break down the sales cloud, how purchase decisions are made and how to ensure our would-be market chooses us.

Unselling was our first book written after we started the UnPodcast. We used all the stories and discussions we’d had on the show as a framework for the book - something we’ve continued to do for each consecutive book. All that recorded content made it much easier to write and allowed us to take that more in-depth look into the concepts.

Before you decide this book is too serious for you, UnSelling also has some of our favourite case studies and stories, including Scott’s clash with a Delta flight attendant, Joshie and Big Ass Fans (not all at once, those are three different stories. Can you imagine?) If you choose UnSelling, you’ll learn to see sales differently - not just as one facet or silo in your business, but as a unified purpose all employees work towards together.
